Job summary

ConocoPhillips seeks a Graduate Analyst in Trading Analytics to support market analytics, economics, and quantitative work across its commodity portfolio. Rotations last 6–18 months, with hands-on training and evaluation after each rotation.

Assignments occur at our Houston, TX site as part of the New Hire Development Program. Candidates should be finishing a quantitative degree, be Senior or Graduate Students with strong Excel and programming basics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• Senior or Graduate Student expected to graduate Fall 2026–Summer 2027.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time.
• Strong GPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support market analytics and economics work streams.
• Participate in training curriculum and rotational assignments.
• Contribute to trading, marketing and risk decisions.
