Job summary

Gonzaga University invites applications for an Admissions Specialist to support the graduate enrollment process in the Recruitment & Retention-GEM team. You will identify, mentor, and recruit exceptional candidates for the School of Business Administration and School of Engineering and Applied Science.

In this role, you will travel to recruitment conferences, host information sessions, and collaborate with faculty and program directors to align recruitment activities with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for program enrollment roles.
• CRM experience (Slate/Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective students and manage enrollment funnel from inquiry to matriculation.
• Develop and execute annual recruitment plans with metrics.
• Create and manage recruitment content and update program pages.
• Engage with faculty and departments to support enrollment goals.
• Plan and execute virtual and in-person recruitment events.
