Job summary

Howard University’s Talent Acquisition team seeks a talented professional to develop and implement graduate recruitment, retention, and admission tracking for Graduate Students. The role collaborates with the Director for Student Services and Academic Records Coordinator on recruiting, admissions, orientation, registration, academic advising, graduation, and program management.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement graduate recruitment, retention, and admission tracking of Graduate Students.
• Assist in preparation and submission of university reports and external surveys pertaining to retention, recruitment, and admissions.

Responsibilities

• Assists Director of Student Affairs and Recruitment committee on identifying recruitment opportunities.
• Plans and conducts Open House events and Information sessions for prospective students.
• Manages the application and distribution process; works with Curriculum Committee and faculty advisers.
• Provides administrative support for Director of Student Affairs.
• Identifies potential scholarship recipients from the admitted student pool and corresponds on aid eligibility.
