Job summary

DePaul University is seeking an Assistant Director to drive graduate admission and recruitment across LAS and CSH. You will lead integrated marketing, manage inquiries, and coordinate recruitment activities with faculty and staff.

You will analyze data, develop outreach plans, and collaborate across university units to advance enrollment goals while working with external organizations and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three to five years admission or admission-related experience preferred.
• Periodically spend extended periods standing.
• Periodically lift more than 25 pounds.
• Evening and weekend work and occasional travel.
• Occasional travel between DePaul campuses.
• Strong counseling and group presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel and use a personal vehicle.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite; ability to learn admission recruitment system and university SIS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated marketing plan to attract and enroll graduate students across LAS and CSH; analyze data to guide strategy.
• Manage inquiries via phone, email, or in person; follow up with incomplete applications and ensure enrollment steps.
• Project-manage staffing, events, international recruitment, and onsite cohorts and health-care recruitment efforts.
• Build relationships with faculty; serve as liaison to assigned departments; participate in committees and external organizations.
• Track recruitment activities, prepare analytical reports, and support student satisfaction assessments.
• Manage program portfolios and conduct targeted outreach to corporate, nonprofit, and educational communities to support enrollment goals.
