Texas Materials, a CRH company, seeks a Grading Superintendent for the Austin, TX area. This management role supervises the grading crew, plans and coordinates activities, and ensures safety and schedule adherence on construction sites.
Responsibilities include operating and overseeing grading operations, inspecting equipment, communicating needs to the superintendent, and maintaining attendance and safety standards while travel across Central Texas may be required.

This is a management position requiring the employee to supervise and coordinate the activities of the Grading Crew.
Knowledge of surveying and exposure to technical survey systems such as GPS and robotics.
