Position Summary:

Bituminous Roadways, Inc. (BR) is a growing, award-winning, and established union highway/heavy contractor looking for a Grading Division Skid Load Operator to join our team. Our main office is located in Mendota Heights, MN. BR also has plant locations in Inver Grove Heights, Shakopee, and Columbus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operates skid to assist in grading including finishing work and curb/corner work.
  • Make normal operating adjustments for obtaining proper depth, grade and finished cross section.
  • May perform other related duties to include adding or removing extensions, and buckets.
  • Display a professional and respectful attitude towards co-workers, supervisors, inspectors, and the general public at all times.
  • Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Preferred Education/Experience:

  • Screed Operator experience preferred.
  • High school education or GED equivalent.

Other Requirements:

All candidates are required to pass a thorough Background Check, Physical and Drug Test. References will also be checked.
