Schmidt Construction - Grading Laborer

Part of the Edw. C. Levy Group of Companies, Schmidt Construction is seeking a Grading Laborer for our Castle Rock, CO location. The role involves manual surface preparation for grading, offering career growth opportunities from lube tech to supervision. Many supervisors and managers started as laborers.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $20-23/hr
• Shift: 7am-5pm, Nights and Weekends

Responsibilities

• Shovel aggregate base or dirt

• Perform strenuous physical tasks in various weather conditions

• Guide trucks to dump materials
• Work safely and perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods
• Work outdoors for extended periods
