Job summary

Knife River Cheyenne, WY is seeking a Grading Foreman to oversee all aspects of grading operations, coordinate with subcontractors and trucking, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of proven grading experience.
• Strong supervisory and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of grading and paving equipment and operations.
• Reading and understanding plans and GPS setup.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of Grading operations.
• Efficient at multi-tasking and working under short time constraints.
• Assure that all Knife River Safety and Quality measures are met.
• Coordinate with others including Subcontractors, Trucking and Aggregate Plant.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
