CK Contractors and Development LLC is hiring an Entry Level Grading Equipment Operator to operate and maintain heavy equipment for site grading within a 70 mile radius of the Charlotte metro area.

You will work with bulldozers, excavators, rollers, backhoes, and off-road trucks, follow site plans, prioritize safety, and coordinate with crew to meet project timelines; willingness to travel and overtime are expected. We offer competitive wages, safety training, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of site grading or outdoor work experience.
• Ability to operate grading equipment safely.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to policies.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment for site grading.
• Read site plans and check grade according to the plan.
• Coordinate machine actions with crew signals and other activities.
• Monitor safety standards and keep equipment in good condition.
• Support other positions as needed and work overtime when required.
• Maintain attendance and travel as job sites shift within 70 miles of Charlotte.
