Job summary

Latitude Inc. is seeking an experienced Grading Construction Project Manager to oversee earthwork and site development from pre-construction through completion. You will plan, coordinate, and execute grading operations, ensuring safety, schedules, and budgets align with contract documents.

You will review civil drawings, develop schedules and cost plans, coordinate field crews and subcontractors, monitor progress, and manage change orders and project documentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in grading, earthwork, or site development project management.
• Strong knowledge of grading operations, soil conditions, and heavy equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret civil/site plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of grading and sitework projects including clearing, excavation, cut/fill, and fine grading.
• Review and interpret civil drawings, grading plans, and project specifications.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans for earthwork operations.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and equipment to ensure efficient production.
• Monitor daily operations, production rates, and project progress.
• Track costs and manage budgets, including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Prepare and manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
