Qualifications

• Previous experience operating bulldozers and other heavy equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with grading operations, erosion control, and traffic control setup.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers for grading and moving dirt and aggregate.
• Use attachments like root rakes, stone spreaders, and disks to assist grading.
• Set up and maintain erosion control and traffic control aids.
• Load/unload materials and check grade stakes for accuracy.
• Operate additional equipment as needed and perform routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth job-site operations and safety.
