Qualifications

• Entry-level field position with on-the-job training.
• Willing to learn grading, paving, and heavy civil construction.
• Able to work outdoors in heat and varying conditions.
• Comfortable with long hours, around 55–60 hours per week.
• Punctual and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Support grading or asphalt paving operations on active jobsites.
• Assist equipment operators and other crew members.
• Shovel, rake, luting asphalt, and hand grading as needed.
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Help prepare areas for paving, grading, or site work.
• Learn how roads, parking lots, highways, and large sites are built.
• Work as part of a crew to complete projects safely and efficiently.
