The Denver Waldorf School (DWS) seeks a qualified candidate to join our faculty as a Grades Classroom Assistant beginning with the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full‑time position that supports the Grades (1–8) programs. The ideal candidate has a genuine love of working with children ages 5 to 14 years old, an appreciation for Waldorf education, and a desire to contribute to a warm, nurturing, and collaborative school environment. This position works closely with lead teachers and support staff to foster a joyful, organized, and developmentally appropriate learning environment while supporting students academically, socially, and emotionally throughout the school day.

Job Type: Full‑time
Working Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Wednesday and Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. on Thursdays.
Salary Description: $42,840 per year
