Community Regional Charter School (CRCS) has an opening for a dynamic teacher (facilitator) to join our team at CRCS (Dimensions Academy, Cornville) for the 2025-2026 School Year.

Position Details

1. Early Elementary (multi-age, flexible groupings for learners ages 6-8)
2. Play-based learning environments and outdoor learning environments

At CRCS, learners are grouped based on their academic levels, social-emotional needs, and learner voice and choice. Learners move between classes as they gain proficiency on learning targets.

Our learning community encourages facilitators to design personalized learning experiences that meet individual targets, contrasting traditional school systems. Prior teaching experience is preferred, but we welcome highly-skilled, dynamic teachers new to this educational approach.

College graduates are encouraged to apply! We offer recent graduates the chance to begin working immediately after graduation, allowing them to familiarize themselves with our school culture and climate, with paid professional development over the summer.
