Hoopaugh Grading Company, LLC is seeking an experienced 140M Motor Grader Operator to join our Fine Grade team. You will read grade stakes, use GPS grade control, and execute precise grading across diverse sites.

A strong focus on safety and quality workmanship is essential as you work with foremen and managers to achieve project goals. You will perform daily inspections, operate with precision, and adapt to project needs while maintaining productivity on a busy job site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating a 140M Motor Grader.
• Strong understanding of fine grading and finish grading operations.
• Ability to read grade stakes and construction elevations.
• Experience with GPS grade-control systems and/or stringline systems.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 140M Motor Grader for fine grading, leveling, and shaping.
• Read and interpret grade stakes and site plans.
• Work with GPS and stringline systems to achieve target grades.
• Maintain safety and communicate with crew and supervisors.
• Attend required training at company academy.
