Walsh Group is seeking a Grader Operator for the Central Water Group/Kyle FM 1626 Pump Station Improvements in Kyle, Texas. The role requires operating a grader on site to build, maintain, or repair roadways and related structures; versatility to assist with other tasks around the jobsite is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years operating experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; adverse weather may be encountered.
• Must comply with safety policies and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Good manual dexterity; may stand, bend, kneel or sit for long periods.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operates a grader to grade and move or transport materials such as dirt, rocks and aggregate.
• Follow operating procedures for loading and unloading materials.
• May oil, grease, service and perform maintenance checks; complete paperwork as needed.
• Perform other related duties as required.
