The ideal candidates are experienced with motor graders and dozers, safety-focused, and able to work in challenging field conditions. Company-paid housing is provided during working shifts.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
• Minimum 1 year of related experience (2 years preferred)
• Experience operating Motor Grader and/or Dozer
• Must live in Orla, TX or within a 60-mile radius
• Ability to work 14/7 rotational schedule and 12-hour shifts
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and work at heights up to 35 feet
• Ability to pass physical requirements and comply with safety standards
