Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia in Buford, GA is seeking a part-time Grader to join our donation-based store operations. You will thoroughly examine and grade donated goods to ensure quality for resale, supporting daily production goals and helping fund local programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 or older to operate a forklift (16–17 not allowed).

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods to determine quality.
• Process goods to meet daily production goals.
• Move across work areas to support production targets.
• Identify and resolve issues, or seek management support.
• Communicate effectively with management and teammates.
• Promote teamwork and cooperation with peers.
• Follow training playbooks, e-learning and work instructions.
