Job description

We have an excellent opportunity for Grade and Pipe Crew Laborers in the Lewiston/Clarkston area.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  1. Demonstrate the ability to safely and productively perform duties as assigned.
  2. Communicate and listen effectively.
  3. Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel.
  4. Perform steady to intermittent and repetitive physical activities, including standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven ground, lifting, carrying, pushing, shoveling, and raking.
  5. Assist with manual operations at heavy highway construction sites.
  6. Participate in demolitions, remove trees and debris.
  7. Perform some traffic control duties.
  8. Operate tools and various machines.
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. General knowledge of construction work.
  2. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  3. Valid driver’s license.
  4. Ability to work day and night shifts, with shifts varying according to project demands.
  5. Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  6. Willingness to travel if required.
  7. Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
