We are hiring dependable Chipseal Laborers to join our team!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  1. Perform assigned tasks on the chipseal crew as directed, including equipment operation and laboring.
  2. Demonstrate the ability to perform duties safely and efficiently.
  3. Communicate effectively and listen actively.
  4. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all personnel.
  5. Engage in physical activities such as standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven ground, lifting, carrying, pushing, shoveling, and raking, often intermittently and repetitively.
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. General knowledge of construction work.
  2. High school diploma or GED preferred.
  3. Valid driver’s license.
  4. Ability to work day and night shifts, varying with project demands.
  5. Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  6. Willingness to travel if required.
  7. Pass pre-employment drug screening.
