Job summary

Knife River Corporation in the Lewiston/Clarkston area is seeking Grade Crew Laborers to support road and highway construction projects. This frontline role requires physical stamina, safety awareness and reliable teamwork to perform duties on active worksites.

Responsibilities include operating basic tools, assisting with manual operations, engaging in demolitions when required, and coordinating with crew to maintain productivity while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of construction work.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid drivers license.
• Must be able to work day shifts and night shifts; shifts may vary according to project demands.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
• Must be willing to travel if job requires.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
