Responsibilities

• Assists in planning work and developing back-up plans for changes.
• Pre-plans and organizes schedules for on-site work.
• Mentors Foremen, Leads, and trades to maintain productivity and quality.
• Reports safety incidents and equipment issues per company policy.
• Participates in look-ahead scheduling and coordination with project managers.
