Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines is seeking a Drill Maintenance Supervisor, Grade Control to lead the safe, reliable maintenance of the grade control drilling fleet in our operation. You will supervise maintenance personnel and contractors, plan both preventive and corrective activities, and drive continuous improvement to maximize equipment availability and performance.

Qualifications

Strong safety leadership mindset and ability to promote proactive safety culture.
Experience supervising maintenance personnel and contractors to meet availability targets.
Knowledge of preventive, planned, predictive, and breakdown maintenance practices.
Familiarity with maintenance planning systems and work-order management.
Experience monitoring costs, labor, and materials to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead safe, cost-effective maintenance of the grade control drilling fleet.
Plan and oversee preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.
Monitor fleet health, costs, and KPIs to drive improvements.
Provide coaching, training, and performance management to maintenance staff.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
Coordinate with Drilling, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technical Services to optimize schedules.
