Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans and provide individualized and small group instruction to adapt the curriculum to each pupil.
• Translate lesson plans into learning experiences to maximize instructional time.
• Establish and maintain standards of pupil behavior for a functional learning atmosphere.
• Evaluate pupils’ academic and social growth and prepare progress reports.
• Communicate with parents through conferences and other means to discuss pupil progress.
