Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education from an accredited college or university.
• Meets Maryland state certification requirements in appropriate field of education.
• Required to attend school meetings, programs and activities outside the instructional day as mandated by the MCEA agreement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide for appropriate learning experiences for students under the principal's direction.
• Supervises students in a variety of school-related settings and monitors student outcomes.
• Develops, selects and modifies instructional plans, maintains records and follows required procedures.
• Communicates with students, parents, staff and community and integrates technology into the curriculum.
