Qualifications

• Experience teaching upper elementary grades.
• Familiarity with Science of Reading or Amplify CKLA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive classroom and school culture.
• Provide academic, social, and emotional support through engaging, interactive lessons.
• Case manage IEP development and implementation for assigned students.
• Assist staff with implementing IEPs and behavior plans.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify learning needs during the assignment.
• Observe and document student progress toward IEP goals and objectives.
• Prepare and share reports on student performance.
• Encourage parental involvement and maintain effective communication with families.
• Apply differentiated and integrated instruction across content areas.
• Collaborate with staff to accommodate students with special needs.
• Direct and train paraprofessional staff to support learning.
