- Participating in teacher evaluation processes and district meetings to promote communication.
- Attending school-sponsored activities and contributing to district decisions on budget, facilities, and curriculum.
- Maintaining and improving professional competence.
Qualifications include:
- High qualification with competency in the content area.
- Appropriate elementary educator license from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education for grades 1-6.
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred with licensure expected within 5 years.
