Responsibilities include developing lessons, conducting assessments, and collaborating with grade-level staff to ensure effective instruction and timely reporting in alignment with district policies.

• Knowledge of current teaching methods and pedagogy; differentiates instruction by learning styles.
• Knowledge of elementary curriculum and concepts.
• Ability to use data systems and analyze progress to inform action plans.
• Familiarity with applicable laws regarding education and students.
