Job summary

Walbec Group is seeking a Gradall Operator based in Milwaukee, WI. The role involves operating a Gradall Excavator and various construction machinery like skid steers and dozers, ensuring safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operating heavy machinery and will be able to work in diverse weather conditions. A Class A CDL is preferred, and union membership is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Class A CDL is strongly desired.
• Experience operating equipment, especially a Gradall.
• Able to read and understand automated machine control displays.
• Must be able to work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Gradall Excavator and various types of construction equipment safely.
• Maintain and secure all equipment.
• Follow proper safety and incident reporting procedures.
• Assist with repairs and labor as needed.
