Qualifikationen

• Education: Associate degree in Nursing; Graduate of an accredited nursing program approved by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience: No previous experience required.
• RN licensure: In lieu of RN licensure upon hire, temporary or Graduate Nurse licensure may be accepted with supervision until licensure is obtained.
• Required certifications: Holds a current RN license or Graduate Nurse licensure as applicable.
• Additional: ADN/BSN required by Prisma Health policy for newly hired RNs.

Aufgaben

• Attend quality and core curriculum classes and participate in professional development workshops.
• Actively participate in managing clinical situations under the direct supervision of a licensed RN.
• Adhere to policies including licensure renewal, training, HIPAA, infection control and patient confidentiality.
• Record patient data and document care accurately under unit standards and direct RN supervision.
• Participate in QI activities and assist in coordinating patient care with the health care team.
