Amgen is seeking a motivated Grad Intern to join Operations at the New Albany, Ohio site for a 13-week summer program. You will engage in project-based and experiential learning, with professional development through training, mentoring, and networking events.

During the program, you will help in cross-functional initiatives across Supply Chain, Process Development, Quality, Manufacturing, and Facilities & Engineering, focusing on analytics and strategic analysis to support Amgen’s Ohio site

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Currently enrolled in an MBA/Master’s/PharmD/Ph.D. internship program and completion of the first year before the internship starts.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project charter to map objectives, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
• Analyze problems, measure current state, develop recommendations, and present findings to leadership.
• Network with colleagues and access Amgen Employee Resource Groups.
