Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a senior modelling engineer to build and improve the modeling infrastructure for next-generation GPU and SoC architectures. You will work with architecture and engineering teams to enable scalable modelling environments using SystemC, C++, and related toolchains.

The role requires deep expertise in SystemC/TLM, C/C++, and build systems, with exposure to Docker, Jenkins, Python, and Perl. Equity and benefits accompany the base compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, or CE or related field with 10+ years relevant work experience.
• Strong programming in C++ and C; build systems (CMAKE, make); toolchains (GCC, MSVC); libraries (STL, BOOST).
• Experience with SystemC and Transaction Level Modelling (TLM).
• Familiar with Docker, Jenkins, Python, and Perl.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools, libraries, and environments to model and simulate next-generation chip architectures.
• Support architecture and engineering teams by enabling model building on top of this environment.
• Implement solutions to complex modelling problems using SystemC, C++, and architecture.
• Guide teams that model GPU features to leverage the environment for efficient hardware models.
• Document, develop, and build tools to analyze, simulate, validate, and verify models with precision.
