Apple Inc. is seeking a Graphics Power Analysis & Optimization Engineer to drive power efficiency for next‑generation GPU designs. You will create early power estimates, targets, and analyses across architectural evaluation and RTL/gate levels.

You will develop flows to accelerate power triage, analyze GPU workloads for reductions, and implement optimizations in RTL and gates. Strong Python scripting and low‑power microarchitecture experience are essential.

Formación

• Strong analytical skills with a background in power and micro-architecture.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python.
• Experience with low-power design tools such as PowerArtist and/or PTPX.

Responsabilidades

• Create early power estimation, targets and what-if analyses at architectural evaluation stage.
• Support RTL and gate-level power rollup and analysis.
• Analyze GPU workloads to identify power reduction opportunities.
• Evaluate and implement power optimizations in RTL and gates.
• Identify best power sign-off tests to improve power analysis coverage.
• Develop flows to accelerate power triage on large power data sets.
