AMD is seeking an experienced GPU PCBA Debug and Failure Analysis Engineer to reproduce, isolate, and fix GPU accelerator failures at the PCBA level. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions, impacting product quality and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has hands-on problem-solving skills, strong communication, and experience with system integration and High Performance Computing.

Qualifikationen

• Deep expertise in GPU architecture, including debug, validation, and test development.
• Strong background in PCBA diagnostics and failure analysis across NPI to production.
• Proficient in Python, shell scripting, and cross-platform environments (Windows/Linux).

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot PCBA-level GPU product failures and support yield and quality improvements.
• Develop and execute DOEs to reproduce and isolate failures.
• Create automation/tools to run tests and analyze results/logs.
• Coordinate with Design, BIOS, firmware, memory, I/O, diagnostics, and Board ops to reproduce failures.
