Baseten, a San Francisco AI infrastructure company, is hiring a hands-on Operations Manager to own the operational and analytical supply side of our GPU fleet. You’ll focus on fleet lifecycle, health, observability, utilization monitoring, and remediation across neocloud and bare metal environments.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years within infrastructure focusing on compute lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Drive GPUs online and healthy across suppliers.
• Maintain live reconciliation of contracted vs. provisioned vs. healthy vs. utilized capacity by supplier and cluster.
• Supplier-attributed fleet health accountability: own replacement SLAs, MTTR, and RMA cycles.
• Track SLA performance, file and pursue credits, and drive remediation plans when suppliers fall short.
• Coordinate internal communications on maintenance activities to keep Baseten stakeholders informed.
