Job summary

You will design comprehensive test plans, drive presubmission validation, and build scalable automation while collaborating with hardware and software teams. The role emphasizes AI-enabled testing approaches, cross-functional communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in both manual testing/QA methodology and test automation development.
• Strong experience developing test plans, test cases, and test strategies for complex software systems.
• Demonstrated ability in software development with a focus on tools and test automation.
• Proficiency with Unix-based operating systems (Linux, macOS) and CLI tools.
• Experience in Python; Swift is a plus.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of AI/ML techniques and their application to software testing.
• Familiarity with SDLC and version control (Git).

Responsibilities

• Drive QA strategy and develop test plans, test cases, and coverage for GPU Driver and Metal technologies.
• Perform presubmission testing and validation of GPU Drivers.
• Design and implement test automation frameworks and tools for manual and automated workflows.
• Develop AI-enabled testing methodologies to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Build and maintain QA infrastructure including CI/CD for automated tests.
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify edge cases automated tests may miss.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to understand features and craft test strategies.
• Communicate test results, metrics, and risks to stakeholders.
• Mentor teammates on testing best practices and automation techniques.
• Contribute to ongoing QA process improvements.
