Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in hardware troubleshooting and system administration.
• Demonstrated experience driving resolutions across cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with firmware updates and driver management.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and investigate reported customer issues.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer workloads.
