The ideal candidate has strong Linux skills, experience with NVIDIA GPUs, and a background in data centers. Compensation for this position ranges from $83,000 to $132,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in data centers, GPU clusters, server deployments, or hardware troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated experience driving resolutions across cross-functional environments.
• Hands-on experience with firmware updates, BIOS configurations, and driver management.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support for customers utilizing bare-metal GPU fleets.
• Diagnose and investigate reported customer issues.
• Maintain internal documentation including troubleshooting guides.

Skills

Linux command-line proficiency
