Job Description:
Drives development of GPS Innovation strategic direction and execution of related initiatives, particularly with respect to Consumer, Retail, Private Banking, and Wealth Management. Acts as an objective advisor to senior leaders across the payments space. Leads sourcing and progression of concepts through the innovation funnel, articulating client pain points, potential solutions, applicable frameworks, business economics, etc. Partners with SMEs across the organization to flesh out concepts and next steps. Develops requirements for test and learn, success metrics, and criteria for proofs of concepts. Takes learnings to design a phased commercialization approach partnering with product to deliver on concept vision.

Pay range $115,000.00 - $176,500.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group, and the overall success of the Company.
