Qualifications

• 10+ years of systems engineering, integration, and testing experience in space-related Major Defense Acquisition Programs.
• Experience with satellite programs and requirements development or verification.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Physics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute system integration plans for space and ground systems.
• Lead and support integration activities at multiple levels (system-of-systems, system, segment, and element).
• Apply systems engineering, integration, and test principles throughout the development and deployment lifecycle.
• Support requirements development, analysis, and verification activities.
• Develop, evaluate, and govern interface control documentation.
• Assess program critical paths and identify solutions to schedule, cost, and risk challenges.
• Evaluate cost, schedule, risk, earned value management data, and test reports across multiple development organizations.
• Use Government contract and reporting systems to extract program data and analyze future performance trends.
• Research evolving requirements, technologies, and threats affecting system integration and mission performance.
• Apply integration methodologies to deliver remote sensing capabilities to operational users.
• Coordinate technical information across stakeholders to support informed program decisions.
