Job summary

Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice is seeking a Delivery Management Engineer III for the GPS HST Technology team in the United States. You will guide implementations, support operations, and lead workstreams while ensuring quality and client value creation.

The successful candidate has 7+ years of consulting or industry experience, state public assistance system experience, and a Bachelor's degree. Travel 0-20% and potential immigration sponsorship may be available.

• 7+ years of consulting or industry experience.
• Experience supporting state public assistance systems (eligibility, benefits determination and case management).
• Ability to travel 0-20%, based on client needs and engagements.

Responsibilities

• Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams and guiding more junior professionals.
• Support and/or lead workstreams on engagements related to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations and Software Application Development & Maintenance.
• Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope.
• Responsible for the client and team management including value creation activities.
