Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Delivery Management Engineer III to lead delivery on GPS HST Technology engagements in the U.S. You will support systems implementation, operations, and software development while guiding teams and ensuring quality outcomes.

The role requires strong collaboration, independent work, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• Experience with state public assistance systems—eligibility, benefits, case management.
• Experience supporting state clients in eligibility determination, benefits calculation, benefits issuance, or information management.
• Willingness to travel 0–20%
• U.S. work authorization; limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

Work you'll do

As a Delivery Management Engineer III on the GPS HST Technology team, you will be responsible for:

• Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams and guiding more junior professionals
• Support and/or lead workstreams on engagements related, but not limited, to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations and Software Application Development & Maintenance
• Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy
• Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope
• Responsible for the client and team management including value creation activities

Qualifications

• 7 + years of consulting and/or industry experience
• Current state public assistance system experience that supports eligibility and benefits determination and case management
• Experience supporting State client(s) in one or more of the following areas: eligibility determination, benefits calculation, benefits issuance, and/or information management
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to travel 0 - 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
