All Construction Services, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator - Bulldozer GPS for a full-time, year-round role in Massachusetts. The position runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with duties including GPS-enabled grading and site preparation.

Responsibilities include calibrating GPS equipment, managing real-time data, and maintaining machinery. Applicants must have 3+ years of GPS-guided grading experience, a MA Driver's license, and OSHA 10 certification. Salary is DOE/DOQ.

Qualifications

• 3+ years using GPS-guided systems for fine grading or utilities.
• Strong ability to navigate onboard computer interfaces such as Trimble TD520.
• Ability to run with GPS or without GPS using traditional methods if signal is lost.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, bulldozers, loaders, rollers, and skid steers with GPS Earthworks.
• Set up and calibrate GPS systems; troubleshoot connectivity with base stations or VRS networks.
• Monitor cut/fill data to minimize re-work and over-excavation.
• Assist with trenching, pipe setting, and site cleanup when equipment is idle.
• Perform pre/post-operation inspections and comply with safety rules.
