Job summary

Sequoia Services LLC is seeking a full-time heavy equipment operator to operate excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and rollers at our Boiling Spring Lakes, NC site with willingness to travel between sites as required.

Responsibilities include safe operation of CAT excavators, loading trucks, and coordinating with crew signals while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. Prior experience and the ability to obtain certifications are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction experience.
• Ability to attain required certifications.
• Fit for Duty and safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in safe operation of CAT excavators (320-349).
• Operate excavators to load trucks safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate machine actions with crew signals.
• Perform operator inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Follow safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain awareness of hazards and utility lines.
• Keep equipment in good working order through troubleshooting.
