Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions in Troy, PA is seeking a highly organized Truck Dispatcher to coordinate all truck and driver activity, manage routes, and communicate with drivers and customers using routing software to drive efficiency.

This fast-paced role requires flexible, proactive communication and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with changing priorities; schedule runs Sunday to Wednesday at the Mansfield yard.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior dispatching and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with routing software or GPS tracking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track truck movements via GPS and update systems.
• Build and distribute daily dispatch schedules and assign trucks.
• Communicate daily with drivers and customers to set expectations.
• Report issues such as delays, spills, or customer service problems.
• Track driver hours and support DOT regulatory compliance.
• Forecast truck allocations weekly and coordinate with the hauling group.
• Maintain clear communication via phone, text, email and in person.
• Uphold safety policies and promote a safety-first culture.
• Support additional dispatch and administrative duties as needed.
