Job summary

GSK is seeking a GPS Continuous Improvement Manager to lead end-to-end improvement initiatives across the site, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people pillars. The role involves coaching teams, deploying GPS standards, and using data to drive frontline action.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, quality, MSAT, engineering, EHS and supply chain to identify opportunities, run projects, and embed sustainable ways of working. On-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, or related field such as math, science, technology, STEM, etc.
• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• 8+ years of experience leading continuous improvement, operational excellence or production-system deployment in an operating environment.
• 4+ years of experience in regulated manufacturing (biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, medical device) preferred with GxP or FDA experience.
• 1+ years of experience teaching and coaching continuous improvement including problem solving using DMAIC or A3 methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Coach and develop site teams and leaders to adopt GPS standards including standard work, tiered performance management, and structured problem solving.
• Establish and manage performance routines and metrics to track progress and report business impact.
• Use data and digital tools to turn insights into clear, timely actions at the frontline.
• Standardize and sustain improvements through processes, training, and documented controls.
• Partner with stakeholders across functions to remove barriers and ensure changes are implemented and measured.
