As a GPN - Graduate LPN, you will carry out our Mission of Love by caring for our geriatric residents in a compassionate, timely, and appropriate manner.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as Charge Nurse, providing clinical leadership, directing CNAs and RCAs, and notifying families, physicians, and departments of residents' needs.
• Collecting and documenting residents' data and condition, completing paperwork such as wound documentation, orders, MARS, TARS.
• Performing clinical tests (glucometer, pulse oximetry), administering medications and treatments, monitoring IV fluids, and assessing medication effectiveness.
• Assisting in completing the 24 Hour Change of Condition Roster.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Must have or have applied for a temporary LPN practice permit for PA
