Job summary

A prestigious research university in Los Angeles is seeking a Research Lab Technician II to work within an interdisciplinary research program on GPCR biology. The ideal candidate will perform protein expression, pharmacological assays, and single particle cryo-EM analysis. A BSc in a relevant field and experience in biochemistry or cryo-EM is required. Qualifications

• Experience in recombinant protein expression in insect and mammalian systems.
• Skills in cryo-EM analysis of membrane proteins.
• Knowledge of cell-based signaling assays and receptor trafficking studies.
