Job summary

Talent Hub Australia is seeking an experienced recruiter to grow our GP placements across Australian clinics. You will source and place GPs and overseas-trained doctors, guiding them from brief to first day on site, while supporting clinic growth and new client wins.

Based in Brisbane, you will collaborate with our local team, leverage your GP network, and develop pathways for registration, Medicare numbers, and visas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years agency recruitment experience placing GPs or doctors in Australia.
• Understand Australian GP recruitment: AHPRA, Medicare numbers, visa pathways.
• Have a network of GPs or the ability to source them quickly.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and place GPs for small and mid-size Australian clinics, permanent and locum.
• Guide doctors through AHPRA registration, Medicare numbers and visa pathways.
• Collaborate with Brisbane team and build relationships with clinic owners and managers.
• Help win new clinics and maintain a GP pipeline where you are the first contact.
