Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in an Agile environment.
• Experience translating business needs into actionable plans with business and product owners.
• Document requirements as roadmaps, releases, epics, features, and user stories.
• Proficiency with ALM tools; Jira preferred.
• Strong customer relationship building and leading enterprise software deployments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own product backlog and ensure delivery quality.
• Guide solution development with business and clients.
• Lead product training and rollout for new users.
• Develop tools to streamline processes and metrics.
